This person will grant commercial and technical support to our customers, support the Technical Sales Team, and develop business with the current thirdtier account base, along with establishing new business opportunities in the EMEA (Europe Middle East, and Africa) territory. The position will be based out of our European headquarters located in Lengwil / Switzerland. Key Accountabilities Manage an existing account base by an active desk field support Develop a deep understanding of our products in order to make product recommendations Develop knowledge of customer’s business to differentiate our company and the service-orientated relationship Leverage knowledge to uncover customer opportunities Issue price quotations and follow-up Follow up on sampling Work with the Technical Sales Team and / or Product Managers to deliver a solution for each customer Support on specific sales department tasks Close teamwork with our Customer Service and logistic teams to ensure satisfaction with all types of customer requirements
