To ensure success we are looking for you as a Corporate HR ERP & Analyst Manager for Saurer Industries in Arbon/Switzerland.

Corporate HR ERP & Analyst Manager (f/m)

Your tasks: 

  • Represents the HR needs in the IT Transformation project and works closely with the S4 HANA team for the implementation of SAP throughout Saurer
  • Is acting as the interface between IT and HR
  • Leads projects to develop and implement the requested HR Management Systems i.e. Performance Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, C&B
  • Supports conception and implementation of new HR digitalisation projects i.e. social media
  • Contributes to discussions on future systems strategy, evaluate existing systems and makes recommenda-tions
  • Defines and implements in close cooperation with line mgmt. KPIs to evaluate HR and steer the company
  • Establish the Corporate HR Analyst function
  • Advises HR-colleagues with the implementation of the systems worldwide and trains key users
  • Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends an technical development that effect the HR area

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, human resources, business information systems or similar
  • Work experience in the human resource field
  • IT-Affinity and excitement about technical/digital solutions
  • Project- and process management skills
  • Knowledge in SAP/ MS-Office, experience with HR-MIS systems are advantageous
  • Affinity for trends and innovation
  • Ability to work in teams with good communication skills
  • Analytical and conceptual way of thinking
  • Proficient in English and German
