In this exciting and varied role, you will be primarily responsible for developing strategic marketing concepts (retention, cross-selling and/or upselling) as well as formulating ideas and concepts for independently executing cross-channel customer relationship management campaigns in the fashion and/or lifestyle segment within the Holy Fashion Group e-business division. In the course of your duties, you will coordinate and evaluate data analyses, map customer journeys and prepare use-case models. Your range of tasks will also include helping to set up and develop a customer- and event-driven campaign management system as well as the CRM systems needed for this. In addition, you will be responsible for the development, analysis and evaluation of our databases with the aim of developing customer-relevant sales approaches. The final elements of your exciting job profile will involve designing CRM/campaign management processes and requirement definitions as well as preparing A/B tests for the continuous optimisation of campaigns.
