to join our Swiss Team! This position is a full-time position located in our Frauenfeld regional office.

The Customer Service representative (CSR) will handle incoming customer phone calls, enter or modify customer orders, track existing shipments, confirm deliveries and handle other similar inquiries. The CSR is responsible for being the “face of Eminess” to our customers by portraying the appropriate image and supporting our Brand Promise. As our primary customer interface, the CSR must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to respond appropriately and quickly to customer inquiries.
