As maternity cover we are looking for the following highly motivated person to join our team in Davos: Project Coordinator Education AOCMF - temporary In this role you will be required to Plan, organize, communicate, coordinate, and control educational events and meetings in EMEA region Organize and control educational events and meetings with faculty or board members and industrial partners Prepare and execute the educational events in different communication channels (webpage, email blasts, etc.) Organize and control the CME Accreditation Process Establish and control event budgets and update the reporting systems (Agresso, Concerto, Global Participant lists, etc.) Coordinate and process reimbursements of Educational Events for Latin America & Asia Pacific region, and all invoices of Education department Ensure that the educational events are compliant with Healthcare Industry as well as with AOCMF's corporate identity Coordinate the yearly planning of Educational Events for EMEA region (including international & regional faculty requests) in collaboration with the Education Manager Ongoing quality control In order to master this challenge you have Higher Education "Fachausweis" or successful for at least 2 years as Project Assistant with good performance At least 3 years professional experience in project work Project Management and communication skills Fluent in English and good communication skills on different levels Accurate and reliable, proactive, independent, and structured functioning Stress tolerance, detail oriented, team player Experiences in course and/or event organization; marketing or communication are an advantage
