A strong technological background (Mechanical Engineering or Material Science) Experience with interdisciplinary/international project teams and in driving cross-functional projects, combined with strong analytical skills Strong business literacy, preferably experience in related software tools (i.e. SAP) Experience with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, CIP, Audits, Six Sigma a clear benefit Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) any additional language a clear benefit
