Blockchain Account Executive (m/f) 80-100%
Be part of the development of the banks institutional Blockchain banking offerings which include; supporting Blockchain companies and clients to facilitate efficient and transparent conversions between crypto and fiat currencies, as well as offering secure and compliant custody solutions for digital assets.
You will directly report to the Head of Blockchain Business and be primarily responsible for driving sales, executing client agreements and client relationships. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading position in this rapidly developing market and environment.
Support the expansion of the Blockchain Business of the bank by on-boarding Blockchain related clients
Develop and drive the end-to-end sales approach for each client, from prospecting to pricing negotiations to final execution of client agreements, resulting in a positive client experience
Ensuring new clients are in accordance with bank compliance policies
Communicating compliance team feedback back to clients
Collecting from clients any additional documents requested by compliance team
Client Relationship Management to support, grow and develop the mutual opportunities between the bank and clients
As directed support the Head of Blockchain Business in network and build client relationships across the industry, with trading venues, and with other external market infrastructure providers
Track record of achieving success in selling complex products within the financial services industry
Track record of successful sales efforts across many clients and resulting in revenue growth
Ability to quickly learn complex topics, solutions and business problems, and success in driving sales across these new topics
Ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and plans on each client, and communicate promptly with the bank’s executive management and Head of Blockchain Business level
Demonstration of excellent relationship and communication skills
Moderate fluency in Blockchain and underlying technology and theory, with the ability to effectively communicate orally, and in writing, with Blockchain experts
Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with people of different styles and personalities
Ability to constantly communicate at the right level of detail
Demonstrate humility while staying confident and pursuing sales aggressively
Ability to find the right decision maker in a complex, or large, organization
Demonstrate success in operating independently across the sales cycle working with senior executives
Anticipate obstacles early and propose solutions to overcome hurdles for the client
Independently drive decisions that will move the client closer to achieving milestones
Tenacity and ability to look for the issues from a client perspective to ensure a successful outcome while protecting the integrity of the bank
