At our Swiss Technology Center we develop and manufacture advanced air cleaning systems for indoor spaces. For our customer service departement we are looking for a 

Global Customer Service Specialist - E-Commerce (m/f)

Your Tasks

  • Respond to pre- and post-sales inquiries from consumers from around the world
  • Respond to online marketplace questions and feedback regarding our products
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics and other departments
  • Accepts all orders (from customer or overseas offices) and processes them for handover to Operations
  • Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution
  • Provides spot quotations and closes contract
  • Performs up- and cross-selling (inbound calls) for existing customers and passes on leads to Sales
  • Bring feature request and customer feedback to the attention of our product development team
  • Maintains weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends

Our Requirements

  • Must have commercial education and at least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce and sales
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone and E-mail skills
  • Good verbal and written skills in German and English. Additional languages helpful.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work with different systems
  • The ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
