Head Business Development of Contract Manufacturing
As a sales-oriented leader you are responsible to implement commercial and operational strategies which help to further grow the Company's CMO business. In this highly visible role you report directly to the COO and are a member of the extended leadership team.
Your main tasks
- Full P&L responsibility and leadership of the CMO team
- Create and implement commercial and operational strategies for Key Account Management and new Contract Manufacturing Projects
- Develop framework for a successful Business Development and Marketing strategy
- Follow industry trends and new opportunities, lead contract negotiations with customers
- Cultivate and further develop your network within the pharmaceutical industry
- Continuously optimize, improve and adapt the business unit in terms of the market needs and internal procedures
- Participate in trade shows and industry conferences
- Motivate, coach and develop your small team and participate in strategic projects
We are looking for business-oriented candidates with sound education and a successful track record in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong communication skills in English
