Together with the service leadership team, the business and the regional teams you lead the process to broadening the offerings to a portfolio of advanced services. Hand in hand with the business and the regional teams - you build capabilites and deliver demonstration projects across various industries and you take the lead at the front where required. Develop and execute phase plans to build the infrastructure, resources footprint, processes and tools. Managing the transformation through all stages. From initiation through implementation. Define and implement: guidelines, governance for quotation, financial modelling, commercial contracting and risk management.
Bachelor or Master degree in economics or in a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership as well as shaping customer service - ideally in an international environment. Experience in state of the art industrial maintenance concepts, industrial long term contracting, risk based business models as well as aquisition and sales skills. Fluent in English as well as effective and convincing communication - both verbally and written Ability to engage on an adequate customer management level. Distinctive interpersonal skills, customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking.
