For our cross BU HR Team Cluster West Switzerland, reporting to Cluster HR manager, position located in our Plant Bevaix (Canton Neuchatel) we are currently looking for :

Human Resources “Business” Solutions Partner (w/m) Part-time 50%-60%

Main tasks/responsibilities

  • Effective communication to employees of company-related information as well as site information
  • Perform HRSP task according to PSA for global and local processes
  • Local support for staffing (job advertising, local interviews, link with agencies) for operators and administrative roles
  • Drive, challenge and improve HR KPI’s
  • Lead and pilot HR process/projects deployment
  • Support managers and employees in regulations / policies / compliance
  • Support the global HR organization for local communication of any HR process
  • Partner with BU HR to develop/deploy any BU initiatives / needs
  • Enable and consult management to create a best place to work environment
  • Contact with legal affairs in case of litigations
  • HR process owner, deploy, develop and instigate best practice

Profile :

  • Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Swiss social/labor law and regulations basics to intermediate know-how
  • Fluent in English and French (German or any other used language from company is a plus)
  • Comfortable with KPI’s and reporting
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization, knowledge of manufacturing process/logistics environment is an asset and will help the candidate to get faster in the role
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction mindset,
  • Autonomous, Self-confident, Sociable (easy communicator) and able to manage priorities
