In the challenging and varied position of International Sales Manager for windsor., you will take on the coordination and monitoring of the international sales activities relating to the windsor. brand and will report directly to the Managing Brand Director. In doing so, you will assume a central interfacing role between the individual Country Managers or agents and the Brand Merchandise Management team at head office. In close consultation with the Design team, you will also analyse the requirements of the individual markets and guarantee optimal support during the ordering phase and in the season in collaboration with the relevant Sales Managers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for pricing, marketing support and merchandise management in the international markets. The final element of your exciting and demanding job profile will involve preparing business cases for the development of new markets.
Required experience and skills:
Successfully completed degree in business administration
Several years of professional experience in international sales in a fashion company
A large network of relevant agents and key players within the industry in Europe
Far-reaching experience in strategic sales activities
Very good command of English
A confident and assertive manner and negotiation skills
Highly dependable, resilient and trustworthy
Well-developed talent for communication as well as excellent people skills and team spirit
