What You’ll Do

PO Web Projects: Be the driving force behind our web projects. You’ll collaborate with our development team to build user-friendly, value-driven web platforms using our standard tools. Your mission is to lead projects to de-define, re-vamp and re-launch our website.

Content Strategy and Creation: Establish and manage processes that deliver high-quality digital content across our web channels. Your work will ensure our content is timely, relevant, and aligns with our brand’s voice and vision. Copywriting skills in an industrial B2B context is critical to this role as well.

Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain a sustainable operating model for our web solutions. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and IT to ensure our platforms are always optimized and ready to support our digital strategies.

Digital Customer Engagement: Lead the relaunch of our website, positioning it as the primary channel for lead generation and digital customer interaction. Later on you’ll also oversee the evolution of user-centric online systems, including e-commerce platforms and portals, ensuring they are intuitive and impactful.

Innovation and Growth: Take ownership of upcoming web offerings and spearhead the development of future-focused online tools. Your leadership will shape how we engage with customers digitally, ensuring our web presence remains at the forefront of the industry.

What You Bring

Proven Experience: You are a proven expert as a B2B webmaster, Product Owner, or Agile Project Manager, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Copywriting Skills: Writing content for a B2B online audience is one of your strong suits, preferrably in perfect English. Acquiring new content background is your second nature.
Leadership in Agile Environments: You’ve led projects using Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, excelling in cross-functional, international teams.
Technical Expertise: Your knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and CMS (Drupal is a plus) is top-notch. You’re also skilled in troubleshooting, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Mastery: You’re an excellent communicator, able to lead virtual teams and engage stakeholders with clear, compelling content.
Digital Strategy Savvy: You understand lead management, marketing automation, and CRM, and have a proven track record of driving digital customer engagement.
Multilingual Skills: Excellent English is essential; German is a plus.
