      For our Business Unit Optoelectronics at our Swiss headquarters we are looking for a

      Program Manager Optoelectronics Technology

      Your main tasks:
      • Responsibility for planning and monitoring the Business Unit’s program portfolio with strong attention to the Business Unit strategy and its implementation
      • Daily program management throughout the program life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, field roll-out) with a focus on the next generation optoelectronic and photonic devices
      • Development and optimization of device processes within the frame of Company’s development programs and/or customization of existing process portfolios targeting at customer’s needs
      • Managing budgets and reporting on fund allocation
      • Managing risks, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan and taking corrective measurements
      • Responsibility for managing and utilizing resources across projects as well as program documentations (e.g. program initiation document, Canvas)
      • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
      • Ensuring relevant standards, internal processes and regulations are followed
      • Managing stakeholders’ communication including (pro)active feedback and reporting
      Your profile:
      • PhD in Physics, Engineering, Microsystem Technology or closely related field
      • Min. 5 years of experience in process and/or program management in a technology driven capital equipment company in the optoelectronics sector
      • Excellent Know-how of the Asian market and the above described industry necessary
      • Ability to work positively with the wide range of stakeholders involved in process engineering and program management
      • Strong leadership and management skills, experience to work in matrix organizations
      • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures and the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
      • Fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset
      • Willingness and availability for international travel
      • Experience in patent applications is a plus
