We are looking for a highly motivated personality for our office in Davos as a
Project Manager AOSpine Congresses (80% - 100%)


who will support the congress team in planning and execution of the AOSpine annual congress – the Global Spine Congress.  In this role, you will be required to

In order to master this challenge, you have

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in event management, planning and execution of congresses with over 1000 attendees.
  • Specific know-how and experience in international medical scientific congress management is required
  • Professional experience in organizing educational programmes and events for Continuing Medical Education (CME), including abstract submission, publications etc;
  • Experience with concept development, implementation and delivery of new and interactive e-learning educational formats, covering live-streaming
  • Experience in a medical or scientific affairs environment
  • Strong project management skills, excellent organizational and coordination skills, ability to effectively work to tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience working with event agencies and other suppliers
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English, additional languages are a plus
