In this field based Scientific Sales Development role you will focus on implementing and further developing the Genomic and Proteomic initiatives with Pharma & Biotech Research customers. Key to this will be working closely with the sales force, developing marketing activities and implementing the Corporate Strategic Marketing plan. It is expected that you will spend 25-50% of your time in the field (Germany Switzerland Austria). This includes but is not limited to:
Contribute to the sales growth target by providing scientific and senior sales support to the Account Managers in the sales process, present at and attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and scientific meetings in line with strategy, develop and maintain relationships with key customers to raise our technical reputation and to identify new product development ideas, possible strategic partnerships or new technologies and support strategic and tactical marketing activities by planning specific marketing campaigns and events.
