Are you an inspiring leader with the passion to drive change and further develop our automation capabilities? Do you have a solid background in R&D automation and are willing to take a challenge in the chocolate, coffee, cocoa, and nuts business?
- You oversee a team of up to 10 employees specializing in machine controls, PLC software, and visualization solutions.
- You lead the development and lifecycle of machine control systems, ensuring adherence to cost and deadline responsibilities
- You develop and implement control concepts for machines
- You collaborate closely with design and process technology teams**
- You plan and intergrate global resources
- You actively support the sales, project execution, and customer service departments with technical inquiries
- You implement and lead effective application lifecycle management
- You develop and coach your team.
- You have a technical apprenticeship and advanced education in electrical engineering (FH or HF)
- You have experience in personnel and project management in an international environment
- You have an extensive knowledge in mechatronics, automation, or electrical engineering
- You have strong PLC programming skills or proficiency in high-level languages (VB.NET, C#.NET, Angular, and HTML5)
- You possess excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and both internal and external contacts
- You have proficient written and spoken english skills
