Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Preparing reports for human resources management team and staff; creating charts and statistics Handling group data updates, exports and imports Preparing training material and presentations for various HR systems (focus SuccessFactors) Cleaning-up any data discrepancies and assuring accuracy of data in master files on a global level Identifying areas to optimize existing HRIS processes and workflows; increasing quality of data management Assisting in design and development of HR information system (HRIS and /or other) Enhancing technological capabilities (i.e. salary reviews, bonus processes and other human resources processes)
Your Profile Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering Digital-savvy person with excellent analytical skills and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment Good understanding of human resources reporting, processes and project management Very good command of Microsoft Excel required Knowledge of SuccessFactors and QlickView would be an advantage Highly proficient in spoken and written English We offer In a successful international industrial company we offer the opportunity to leverage your abilities to full advantage and to build up a global network.
