Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in collaborative innovation - ideally in the food industry/mechanical engineering Minimum of 2 years in a Business Development role in Asia (China/India) Practical experience working in a sales or business development role with demonstrated achievement in B2B sales Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal – and speaking ability in an Asian(Chinese/Hindi) language is a plus Ability to lead negotiations and create and deliver high impact pitches Excellent commercial acumen and strong problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset, with an affinity to digital business models Ability to travel and network within the Asian(China/India) market- up to 40% of the time
