Director Corporate Marketing Communication 100% (m/w/d) We are looking for an employee for our location in Altstätten/SG as Director Corporate Marketing Communication (m/w/d) Goal Experienced and dynamic Marketing Communication Director with strong background in digital marketing to lead our marketing and communication strategies. Thanks to the strong background in digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive brand awareness and engagement across various digital platforms we achieve a strong brand and product awareness and the leads to be passed on the sales organization. The close collaboration with product management and sales is essential to achieve the targets. Beside Marcom this position also supports the corporate communication activities. Responsibilites Develop Integrated Communication Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and brand positioning. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital channels to reach target audiences effectively Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing communication channels and touchpoints. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and values to maintain brand integrity and relevance Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing communication campaigns to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs. Monitor campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize results Manage Digital Channels: Oversee and optimize all digital channels including company website, social media platforms, email marketing, and mobile apps to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximum engagement Content Creation and Management: Direct the creation, curation, and management of compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired outcomes Digital Marketing Integration: Lead the marketing team to integrate marketing communication efforts with digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all digital channels Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing communication budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment. Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leadership Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze digital marketing performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, ROI, and user engagement Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of marketing communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing initiatives Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and communication. Leverage emerging opportunities to enhance the company’s digital presence and competitive advantage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including product managementg, sales, to align marketing communication efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
