Key Tasks and responsibilities: Your responsibility lies in 3 main areas: Worldwide trade Establish professional relationships with vendors, suppliers and clients Ensure quality of products is in line with requirements Follow-up and reporting on ongoing actions Supporting administrative tasks Logistics Worldwide planning of shipment/transport of the purchased or sold goods mainly via sea freight, container and Breakbulk shipment Correct administration with regard to both the legally required documents and the internal tracking and follow-up of shipments Claim management Processing claims ensuring accurate administrative registration and follow-up Investigate and advice on legitimacy, approach, solution for claims received Where possible propose improvements Supporting administrative tasks
