Define system arquitecture, communication interfaces and component specifications for optimal efficiency of inductive charging systems Create and review system requirements and test cases to create a functional architecture ensuring traceability aligned with project goals Collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Conduct design trade-offs, risk analysis and root cause analysis (troubleshooting, analysis of CAN traces) for optimal system performance Support system operation/commissioning through lab prototype testing and field trials in the vehicle Work actively on the development of new technologies for inductive charging systems

Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits according to defined requirement Design of high-performance power electronic converters as well as related control and drive circuits, such as magnetic components, gate drivers, and protection circuits Design of high-performance circuits for measuring current, voltage, temperature, and other innovative sensor signals Execution of laboratory and field tests in internal and external laboratories for debugging hardware prototypes prior to series production release Analysis of test results, root cause analysis of deviations or failures, preparation of clear and meaningful test reports, and implementation of appropriate corrective actions Execution and support of EMC testing and development of solutions to ensure compliance with global standards Support of system-level integration and validation, working closely with other departments Participation in DFMEA activities, identifying technical risks and defining suitable mitigation actions

What you will move in this role: Establish, run, and continuously improve the Executive Steering Committee, ensuring standardized and transparent project reporting across finances, Statements of Work, milestones, risks, bottlenecks, and rolling 90-day outlooks Design and lead the CEO-level technical escalation forum, applying Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to drive structured root-cause analyses and secure rapid, sustainable resolution of critical technical, customer, and operational issues Support executive management of strategic OEM relationships and co-steer acquisitions and publicly funded projects, providing high-level governance and strategic alignment without direct day-to-day operational responsibility Lead the conceptualization and execution of highly confidential strategic programs, including joint ventures, new corporate entities, and vertical integration initiatives for high-profile strategic partners Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI technologies to eliminate internal bottlenecks, automate workflows, significantly boost engineering productivity, and build long-term competitive advantage Act as a trusted advisor and operational proxy to the VP Corporate Strategy, delivering ad-hoc strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, management support, and decision-driving analyses

Entwicklung technischer Konzepte zur Umsetzung funktionaler Sicherheitsfunktionen im Embedded-Softwareumfeld Unterstützung des Functional Safety Managers bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung des Functional Safety Concept (FSC) sowie der Systemanforderungen Durchführung von Software-Sicherheitsanalysen (z. B. DSA, FMEA für Software) Leitung, Erstellung und Pflege von Software-Sicherheitsanforderungen inklusive zugehöriger Verifikationskriterien Ableitung und Abstimmung der Auswirkungen funktionaler Sicherheitsfunktionen auf die Softwarearchitektur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Software Architekt (inkl. Software-Komponenten, Schnittstellen und Hardware-Ressourcen) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter ASPICE-Prozesse sowie Übereinstimmung aller Entwicklungsaktivitäten mit den geforderten ASIL/SIL-Leveln Entwicklung einer Roadmap für funktionale Sicherheitsfunktionen basierend auf dem Safety Plan und den jeweiligen Projekt-Releases Hauptansprechpartner für externe Auditoren im Bereich Software Functional Safety

Was Sie bewegen werden: Entwicklung technischer Konzepte für Diagnosefunktionen sowie für Funktionen, Anforderungen und Schnittstellen unseres induktiven Ladesystems Bewertung und Abstimmung der Auswirkungen neuer Diagnose- und Systemfunktionen auf die Software- und Systemarchitektur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Software Architect und weiteren Fachbereichen Definition, Pflege und Abstimmung von System- und Softwareanforderungen, inklusive Erstellung sowie Überwachung der notwendigen Verifikations- und Validierungskriterien Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Standards und Prozesse, insbesondere ASPICE sowie lade- und sicherheitsrelevanter Normen wie ISO 15118 und IEC-Standard Entwicklung neuer Diagnose- und Systemfeatures sowie Ableitung und Pflege einer Funktions- und Produktroadmap in Abstimmung mit Projekt- und Produktmanagement Begleitung von Entwicklungs- und Testphasen, inklusive Analyse, Review von Testergebnissen sowie Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung der Serieneife
