Your Responsibilities Independently manage and coordinate all office administration activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Provide administrative and organizational support to the management team Manage invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable/payable activities Manage project orders and their processing, including invoicing through SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass Maintain financial records and support accounting activities using the Abacus ERP system Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities in collaboration with external partners Coordinate personnel administration and payroll-related changes in close cooperation with the external accounting provider Continuously improve administrative processes and ensure efficient office procedures
