Ensure the opening of the site and manage the reception area. Welcome and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Handle incoming phone calls in both French and English, take messages, and forward them in case of absence. Manage visitor and supplier badges as well as access control. Receive, distribute, and frank mail; handle the shipment of packages and registered letters. Provide administrative support as needed, including: document archiving, organizing internal events, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and monitoring inventories. Process emails and ensure effective follow-up on requests.
