Your Role As Client Project Manager, you take full ownership of ambitious client projects – from initial concept to market-ready execution. You collaborate directly with cross-functional client teams to create experiences that are commercially relevant and clearly visible. This is a hands-on role for someone who turns ambitious ideas into delivered results with structure and speed. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery : Drive client projects from briefing to launch, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and tangible outcomes. Your Role As IT Administrator, you are a key enabler of Roarington’s operations. You ensure that internal teams, freelancers and partners can work efficiently within a secure, reliable and well-structured IT environment. You operate across a technically diverse setup spanning office IT, software development and hardware-based products such as our classic car simulators. Working closely with all stakeholders, you establish standards, ensure compliance and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly – meeting the high expectations of premium partners like Mercedes-Benz. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & License Management : Manage licenses, devices and access rights, ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day IT operations across the organization. Network & Infrastructure Coordination : Maintain and optimize networks, VPNs and access controls in collaboration with the parent company, ensuring business continuity. Secure Development Environments : Establish and maintain controlled, secure environments for Roarington’s digital twins development, protecting intellectual property across employees, freelancers and partners. Simulator Fleet Management : Manage and evolve a centralized system for Roarington’s simulator fleet, enabling secure remote updates, monitoring and reliable operation at customer sites. Information Security & Enablement : Implement and oversee Roarington’s ISMS, support compliance with partner requirements, and provide structured IT support, documentation and onboarding.

Your Role As Project Manager Art, you are the central point of contact for selected artists, collectors and business clients. You are responsible for organizing the virtual exhibitions at the Roarington Art Center. You manage accounts and projects holistically: from initial briefing to delivery and follow-up. You balance stake holder expectations with internal capabilities and commercial goals. You are structured, handson and comfortable operating in a premium, fast-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery : Own and drive projects end-to-end with internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets. Virtual Exhibitions : Plan and execute virtual exhibitions at the Roarington Art Center. Representation : Coordinate the presence of Roarington Art Center at international art shows, museums and events. Client Relationship Management : Act as the operational main point of contact, building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, artists, curators and sponsors. Account Development : Identify new collaboration opportunities and expand existing accounts, actively contributing to revenue growth of Roarington Art Center. Communication & Alignment : Support communication, marketing and sales activities through content input, stakeholder coordination and clear project reporting.

Your Role You own Roarington’s social presence end-to-end – from high-quality content creation and community engagement to editorial planning and continuous refinement. This is a hands-on role (around two-thirds execution, one-third strategic development and tech scouting) in the highest segment of the classic car world, with an uncompromising premium standard. Key Responsibilities Channel Ownership : Manage and grow our social channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn including active community engagement. Content Creation : Produce high-quality posts, stories, reels and short-form videos – from concept to execution, always aligned with Roarington’s visual and editorial standards. Editorial Planning & Trend Scouting : Track relevant trends in classic cars, luxury lifestyle, collectibles and digital culture, and translate them into consistent Roarington storytelling through a structured content calendar. Distribution & Media House Support : Work with Hootsuite to schedule and optimize publishing workflows, and coordinate our weekly editorial newsletter as part of Roarington’s Media House (HubSpot-based). Insights, Reporting & Collaboration : Track engagement and content performance, create clear reporting, and continuously refine content together with internal teams, external creators and premium partners such as Mercedes-Benz Heritage and 1000 Miglia.
