As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be tasked with implementing the people strategy in Switzerland with a focus on current and future talent needs, recruiting, performance management, retention and succession planning. You will help to manage an ambitious people agenda through a period of growth and transformation. Located in Diessenhofen, Switzerland, you will report directly to our Director Human Resources EMEA & APAC in Luxembourg. Responsibilities Support the implementation of a culture that drives employee engagement and business success Provide coaching, advice and support to line management on change initiatives and employee relations challenges Partner with management and local HR Manager to implement and communicate policies, procedures and programs. Establish and lead standard recruiting and hiring practices in corporation with Husky’s global recruitment team Monitor core HR processes and pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment Provide input on local trends in compensation and benefits Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with local laws and regulations
