Your Role The Head IT Sefar Group shapes and owns the Sefar IT vision to drive digital transformation in the entire Sefar Group. Together with the global IT team, this role aligns strategic IT planning with business goals, spearheads IT project leadership and drives continuous process optimization. The incumbent drives and enables business to tap digital opportunities, maintains and enhances IT operations and infrastructure, manages core applications and ensures seamless, secure processes and system evolutions. Your Tasks Digitalization and IT Strategy: As part of the extended Group management identify opportunities for digitalization and continuously align the IT Strategy with the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans. IT Planning and Management : Oversee the IT department’s operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. Organization : Organizationally lead our 7 core IT teams with overall 40 employees. Be a subject matter lead for our IT managers and coordinators in each subsidiary. Together with the teams, you are ensuring: Infrastructure Oversight : Ensure the continuous availability and resilience of IT infrastructure and service desk across all sites, including data centers, network systems, and cloud operations. Core Applications and Operations : Manage the operations of core business applications ensuring their optimal performance, standardization and alignment with business processes. Project Leadership : Direct the planning and implementation of projects with relation to IT (business/organizational projects and IT projects). Shape the way we do projects. Process and Implementation Management : Oversee the continuous improvement of processes based on IT and their implementation in our applications, data, and infrastructure. Shape the way we optimize processes. Information Security and Compliance : Lead the efforts to make Sefar safer (people, processes and technology), ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to support IT strategy and operations. Closely collaborate with our purchasing department. Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing IT organization; manage talent acquisition and professional growth to align with IT and business objectives. Lead the transition a future proof and global IT organization.

Your Role The Group Communications Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing communication strategies to ensure clear, engaging, and consistent messaging for employees and external stakeholders. This role fosters alignment with the organization’s goals and initiatives by actively enhancing stakeholder relationships and promoting the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, environmental, social, and governance principles, and sustainability. The incumbent will also support the promotion of the employer value proposition program and employee engagement programs, further develop and optimize the intranet and other communication channels, and ensure all practices align with corporate objectives through well-established and effective processes. Copywriting and content management are critical elements of this role. Your Tasks Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with and promote the company’s corporate objectives, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms for clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all levels of the company Foster and enhance relationships with key external stakeholders, utilizing multifaceted communication channels to align public sentiment with corporate aims and enhance public trust and perception Oversee and streamline communications on Sefar’s internal communication platform, to elevate employee alignment, engagement, and morale. Ensure the platform is continuously improved to meet employee needs and corporate standards Lead communication efforts that support the organization’s initiatives in CSR, ESG, and sustainability by developing practical communication processes and directly engaging with relevant content that highlights the company’s efforts and achievements in these areas Directly work with and support the executive branch in timely and critical, urgent as well as routine communication matters Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure the technological efficacy of internal communications platforms, particularly intranet. Work alongside Marketing Communications to ensure content is impactful, aligns with strategic objectives, and resonates with internal and external audiences Write content for various communication and marketing channels and deliverables such as Web, Social Media, Customer Letters, Brochures, etc. Copywriting and other activities are always closely aligned with other MarCom functions and are organized via the global Content Calendar.
