Primary and fully fledged responsibilities: General administrative and organizational tasks (eg travel organization through our booking tool as well as with private vehicles including ensuring correct internal invoices and detailed list for legal, finance and tax (Excel) Drafting and editing letters, e-mails and documents and ensuring follow-up. Greeting and check-in for clients and other guests at meetings and events. Communication directly and on behalf of the CEO with board members, customers, employees, etc. Support and coordination of internal projects in a wide range of areas Processing of physical mail, filing of documents. Organization of multi-day management meetings, board meetings, on-site meetings, internal events etc. Coordination and organization of business and private appointments and managing agenda. Scheduling travel that includes airfare, accommodations, etc. Taking care of personal matters. Processing of incoming mail and preparation of correspondence D/E. Support the workflow in the private household when required. Completion of errands. Deputy of the second Personal Assistant to CEO.
