Join our APS_Dental team within Applicator Systems division in Switzerland as Innovation Manager to help us take the innovation management to the next level. In this role you will be accountable for: * Driving and directing a portfolio of new innovative solution realizations, such as business models, technologies, products, processes and services from opportunity to launch * Ensuring insights about upcoming user needs and relevant market trends and deriving Innovation opportunities in order to create new business and support departments in their growth strategies * Our global Ideation Process, including process management, software, conduction of workshops and first explorations, as well as motivation and enabling of people to contribute * Moderation of internal and external innovation workshops, and coaching of cross-functional innovation project teams with best practice tools and methods * Strong support of Transformation, Digitalization and Sustainability efforts within APS to ensure further growth, such as related product & service Innovations or agile mindset and methodologies roll out To succeed in this role, you will need: * Master Degree in Engineering Management, Innovation Management or equivalent * Several years experience in a similar position * Engineering or UX design skills a plus * Experienced in project, portfolio and process management * Business fluent in German and English Our benefits: * 40 hours working week * Generous holiday regulation * Contribution to pension fund with very good savings plan options * Free company parking * Access to various benefits * Loyalty bonuses for longstanding employees Location: This job is located in Haag.
