Your main responsibilities: Develop, implement, maintain and further enhance continuous improvement system of the manufacturing site Design, implement, and continuously improve robust risk assessment frameworks, problem-solving strategies, change management protocols, and process optimization tools to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency Provide quality insights and act as a single point of contact for the end-to-end launch/relaunch (IIM) processes Create, implement, and refine essential procedures, training initiatives, and comprehensive quality reports Quality responsible for innovation, renovation and optimization projects Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization Audit Readiness: Lead & support audits from external regulatory agencies (FDA, ISO, Product Safety), customers, internal audits and to lead the preparation activities in advance of such audits Conduct all work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP-ISO22716), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO9001 requirements

Your main responsibilities: Lead and develop the raw material and packaging material planning team, providing clear direction, coaching, and daily operational support Ensure material availability in line with production requirements while optimizing inventory, reducing waste, and minimizing excess stock Evaluate constraints and assess feasibility across raw materials, components, and internal material flows, proactively identifying bottlenecks and supply risks, defining mitigation actions and trade-offs, and driving aligned solutions across Supply Chain functions Own the re-definition, development, and continuous refinement of assortment-specific sourcing strategies to ensure OTIF material availability for Hero SKUs and the wider assortment while maintaining healthy inventory levels Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, routines, master data, and planning parameters to strengthen performance and reduce dependency on manual intervention Build sustainable, efficient ways of working that remain effective after implementation Collaborate closely with Finished Goods Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Launch Management, Quality, and Operations to ensure an integrated planning process Build, strengthen, and grow the team over time through recruitment, coaching, development, and succession planning Contribute to the broader planning and supply chain strategy across people, processes, and systems as a member of the extended leadership team

Deine Mission: Durchführen von Freigaben für die Produktionslinie und Unterstützung der operativen Teams in Qualitätsfragen Identifizieren, bewerten und melden qualitätsbezogener Reklamationen aus dem Produktionsprozess Durchführen von Ursachenanalysen und Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in der Produktion Eskalieren qualitätsbezogener Risiken und Erkenntnisse an den Vorgesetzten Erkennen und weitergeben neuer Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse Verantwortlich für die Pflege und Archivierung der gesamten qualitätsbezogenen Produktionsdokumentation und Muster Unterstützen bei der mikrobiologischen Probenahme für alle Materialien und Einrichtungen Unterstützen bei der Wareneingangskontrolle, Freigabe und Prüfplanung der Verpackungsmaterialien (PM) Durchführen allgemeiner Qualitätsaufgaben in Übereinstimmung mit der Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP-ISO22716), der Guten Laborpraxis (GLP) und den Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
