In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a global leader in ophthalmic medical devices, using state-of-the-art equipment and tools to develop innovative products that help millions of people around the world regain their sight. Main tasks: Lead cross-functional teams using appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers, manage external suppliers as needed, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and report to senior management. Build strong relationships between global teams and functions, ensure effective collaboration, and maintain the necessary project documentation. Define and implement the Sophi program strategy in accordance with business objectives, manage projects and ensure efficient execution of activities.
