Role Overview
At Hilti, you’ll support employees through key life moments - from family leave to health-related situations. As an HR Manager Projects, Family & Care in our HR Operations team, you ensure smooth, compliant HR processes while handling sensitive topics with empathy and contributing to a supportive employee experience across all life stages. Furthermore, you’ll act as the key liaison between Hilti and the Kinderwelt Schaan and Buchs, our childcare facilities, coordinating needs and strengthening collaboration.

With empathy and sound judgment, you’ll guide employees through extended absences and their return to work, while advising team leaders and coordinating with HR, insurers, medical specialists, case managers and authorities.
You’ll also help employees find solutions that balance work and family life. This includes advising on flexible working arrangements, maternity, paternity and parental time, plus days and sabbaticals, while ensuring seamless administration.
In addition, you’ll also provide coaching and guidance, helping our intern to navigate individual growth and learning curve.
