Do you want to gain exciting insights into all levels of HR work, manage your own areas of responsibility, conduct job interviews, and participate in various HR projects? As a PreMaster in our team, you will take on the following tasks:
- Responsibility for time management across the entire site (interface with payroll and occupational health management).
- Preparation of reports for the attention of the site management.
- The recruitment of interns from various departments.
- Projects in the areas of employer branding and employee experience.
- Supporting the team in daily operations (scheduling appointments, creating documents, maintaining lists).

Description of the PreMaster Program:
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for dedicated Bachelor's graduates who want to gain practical experience before embarking on a Master's degree. In the PreMaster Program, you will gain a year of practical experience after completing your Bachelor's degree to familiarize yourself with the technical and business context. In the second phase, you will continue working part-time alongside your Master's studies. This will allow you to deepen your knowledge and optimally prepare you for your career entry after graduation.
For this specific position, a full-time position (100%) is planned to start in August or September 2026. From autumn 2027 (or upon commencement of your Master's studies), your hours will be reduced to 60%.
