Are you a team player, able to work under pressure and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for you as a Quality Control Chemist (m/f/d) for our site in Switzerland. In addition to organising and performing analyses, you will be involved in developing sustainable solutions for analytical issues in an environment that offers an above-average variety of tasks.
Quality Control Chemist 100% (m/w/d)
Your areas of responsibility and duties
- Carrying out and planning analyses and in-process controls according to test instructions
- Documentation and evaluation of analytical data within the framework of ISO and GMP requirements
- Carrying out method validations and development
- Maintenance and qualification of analytical equipment, as well as support of general laboratory functions and routine repairs
- Operating analytical equipment and software
- (Assisting in the supervision of apprentices)
Your Profile
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a chemical or biological laboratory technician (EFZ) or completed studies (university of applied sciences or bachelor's degree) in the field of chemistry or related fields
- Ideally over three years of professional experience in the chemical industry
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with common analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, IR, titration.
- Experience with GMP an advantage
- Technical understanding of analytical equipment
- Pragmatic way of working and thinking as well as ability to work in a team
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
