Sales Assistant (100%)
Your main responsibilities include:
• Being the main point of contact between the mostly Asian vendors, our factory in China and as well as our high-end customers who are among the most prestigious in the Lingerie industry
• Processing and monitoring sample orders and customer-specific product developments
• Processing and quality assurance of orders in collaboration with our production sites in Europe, Asia and our customers’ manufacturers
• General administrative support for our sales team
Your qualifications:
• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Excellent communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Independent thinker and proactive doer
• Reliable and takes ownership of Tasks
• Strategic problem-solver
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Good oral and written English skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
