Sales Coordinator (100%)
Your main responsibilities include
• Acting as a central point of contact between Asian vendors, our factory in China and our customers in the lingerie industry
• Coordinating and monitoring sample orders and customer-specific product developments from briefing through to delivery
• Driving the smooth execution of developments and orders in close collaboration with our production sites in Asia, as well as our customers’ manufacturers
• Ensuring timely follow-up, alignment and information flow across all relevant interfaces
• Supporting order processing and quality assurance to help ensure reliable execution and on-time delivery
• Providing strong administrative and organizational support to the sales team in day-to-day business
Your qualifications
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business education
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Confidence in handling numbers, order management and administrative tasks
• Excellent English communication skills in an international business Environment
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• Able to manage multiple priorities proactively and work independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Solution-oriented with a practical mindset
• Genuine interest in working with international lingerie brands
• Interest in supporting product developments throughout the process
