Your daily contribution: Perform global field service activities in the oil & gas sector Carry out mechanical installation of reciprocating compressors and auxiliary systems Execute commissioning and start-up procedures for compressor plants Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on compressor systems Manage large-scale site operations, including new installations, overhauls, modifications, and system revamps Undertake marine assignments, primarily on gas carriers, during dry-dockings, port stays, and sea voyages

Your daily contribution: Drive the global end ‑ to ‑ end SCM strategy for Systems and Services divisions. Lead Category Management, Supplier Quality & Development, Trade Compliance, and ESG & SC Risk Management. Build a competitive, resilient global supplier base and long ‑ term partnerships. Ensure global compliance with export controls, customs, and trade regulations. Standardize global SCM processes, tools, KPIs, and enable digital transformation. Steer Make ‑ or ‑ Buy decisions and global sourcing/capacity strategies. Lead cost ‑ out initiatives through VE, TCO optimization, and alternative sourcing. Oversee supplier qualification, capability management, and technical development. Ensure strong S&OP alignment, inventory optimization, and supply risk mitigation. Collaborate cross ‑ functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Finance. Contribute SCM leadership to NPI, localization, and industrialization projects. Lead and develop a high ‑ performing global SCM team and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities : Coordinate global resolution of major product quality issues and escalations, ensuring timely containment and durable corrective actions Lead structured problem ‑ solving using 8D methodology and facilitate cross ‑ functional root cause analysis workshops involving engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and service teams Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective actions before closure to prevent recurrence Ensure alignment and structured escalation support for project teams, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and service organizations during field failures and customer complaints Analyze global quality data to identify systemic weaknesses and drive preventive actions across design, manufacturing, supplier management, and service processes Maintain a global register of systemic issues and track resolution status for continuous improvement Coach regional and factory teams on problem ‑ solving tools and deliver training programs to strengthen organizational capability Coach supplier quality and service teams and lead regular coaching sessions to build long ‑ term global problem ‑ solving capability Ensure fast response to customer cases, communicate resolution status clearly, and support strategic accounts during escalations Improve customer handling discipline through structured coaching for service teams on field failures, complaint handling, and recurrence prevention Manage global dashboards and performance reporting, providing leadership updates and validating financial impact of improvements

Govern global CI portfolio with prioritization, benefit tracking, and finance validation Own global manufacturing quality standards and drive improvements in problem-solving, inspection methods and reporting Reduce CoPQ and improve First Pass Yield through structured quality initiatives Drive Lean transformation across sites, including flow, pull systems, and waste elimination Deploy standard work and visual management systems to stabilize and optimize processes Build global CI capability via training and certification Lead global production engineering, ensuring know-how transfer, design for manufacturability and manage global Capex planning Conduct systematic reviews of global production footprint, capabilities, and capacities, aligned with strategic goals Foster leadership, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Your daily contribution: Lead and mentor a local team of Service Desk Technicians, Apprentices, Agents and Support Staff, to ensure their professional growth and development Manage all Helpdesk operations as a single point of entry for Switzerland, from delivery of frontline technical support to orchestration of incidents, service requests or other demands Monitoring ticket volume and performance metrics while supporting the team in exceeding expectations, including corrective action if necessary Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to other departments and management Implement appropriate KPIs and dashboards to track performance, create transparency on issues or problems, and allow timely resolutions to protect business continuity and user satisfaction Development, documentation, and execution of training content regarding existing, new, or changed processes as well as their execution in the ticketing or demand management tools Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis You are expected to process tickets too

Probeläufen mit Kunden Durchführung von Leck-Prüfungen Fehleranalyse und Korrektur an Kompressoren Anwendung von Messtechnik und Auswertung der Ergebnisse Durchführung der Kompressorabnahmen mit internen und externen Kunden sowie Inspektoren Durchführen von Verbesserungsprojekten im Prüfstand
