Vice President Systems Division EMEA Region 100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Lead the Systems Division’s EMEA business and shape regional strategy with cross-functional teams
- Grow compressor systems sales by capturing new opportunities and leading the team to achieve sales targets
- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery that meets quality standards and maximizes profitability
- Optimize project execution through best practices, greater efficiency and effective risk management
- Oversee Winterthur operations: manufacturing, production control, maintenance, quality, materials and process engineering
- Manage regional
budgets,forecasts and financial plans aligned with corporate goals; take corrective action to meet targets - Set KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Champion Burckhardt Compression Group values and ethical leadership; ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
- Report on regional performance, opportunities and challenges to senior management, fostering open communication and collaboration
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role within the industrial/compression systems sector
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, and project / operations management in the EMEA region
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) a must; knowledge of other languages relevant to the EMEA
