Your mission
Reporting to the Head of International, you contribute to the expansion of Zeller’s international business. You manage a portfolio of export markets and licensing partners, drive growth opportunities and support the successful commercialization of our scientifically backed herbal medicines worldwide.
Your responsibilities
- Develop, propose, implement and monitor growth strategies together with Zeller licensing partners to ensure sustainable business growth
- Manage, support and further develop existing relationships with international partners and distributors
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and establish new international partnerships in selected regions
- Actively contribute to international product launches and market development projects
- Plan and conduct annual business reviews with licensing partners and define growth initiatives
- Perform market, competitor and portfolio analyses to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Monitor sales reports, forecasts and market performance indicators and derive appropriate actions together with partners
- Develop and implement marketing concepts, training materials, best-practice presentations and commercial support tools
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Medical Marketing and Finance
- Stay abreast of industry and market developments and provide regular updates and recommendations to management
- Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows and partner meetings
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, Business Administration
- Several years of experience in international marketing, product management, sales and/or business development, preferably within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, medical devices.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical thinking• Experience in managing international business relationships and projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented personality with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Native German and excellent English skills are mandatory
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
