Aufgaben: Qualitätsbewusste Herstellung pflanzlicher Extrakte und pflanzlicher Flüssigprodukte durch die Arbeitsschritte wässrig-alkoholisches Extrahieren, produktabhängiges Aufreinigen, Aufkonzentrieren und Pasteurisieren Überwachen und Protokollieren des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses unter GMP Umrüsten und Einrichten verschiedener Produktionsanlagen Eigenständige Behebung von Störungen im Herstellungsprozess Durchführung von physikalischen Qualitätsmessungen im laufenden Produktionsprozess Unterstützung bei Produkt- und Prozessoptimierungen

Your mission Reporting to the Head of International, you contribute to the expansion of Zeller’s international business. You manage a portfolio of export markets and licensing partners, drive growth opportunities and support the successful commercialization of our scientifically backed herbal medicines worldwide. Your responsibilities Develop, propose, implement and monitor growth strategies together with Zeller licensing partners to ensure sustainable business growth Manage, support and further develop existing relationships with international partners and distributors Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and establish new international partnerships in selected regions Actively contribute to international product launches and market development projects Plan and conduct annual business reviews with licensing partners and define growth initiatives Perform market, competitor and portfolio analyses to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making Monitor sales reports, forecasts and market performance indicators and derive appropriate actions together with partners Develop and implement marketing concepts, training materials, best-practice presentations and commercial support tools Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Medical Marketing and Finance Stay abreast of industry and market developments and provide regular updates and recommendations to management Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows and partner meetings
