Quality Management Specialist - 100%
Job Description
- Support the compliant fullfilment and submission of change control procedure
- Maintain document management system to ensure compliance to internal standards
- Provid support for document-related tasks
- Support update of department-related procedures
- Participation in projects within QM/RA
- Participation as Co-Auditor in internal audits
- Support during external audits
- Support audit management documentation within CAQ system
- Prepare/create reports on findings and statistics to Line Manager
- Prepare/create customer questionnaires and documentation as handed over
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience within quality management
- Previous experience in document management or in a similar role beneficial
- Eidgenössischse Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) with further education in the field of quality management, technology or comparable
- German: mother tongue or fluent in spoken and written, English: B1 level or higher
