As the Quality Manager Global Account / Key Account in the QMBKA department, you are the single point of contact for a major customer and mainly responsible for all customer related quality topics and requirement as well as for the professional management of the Global Account / Key Account Product Quality Engineers.
The Quality Manager works closely together with the Product Management and Key Account Team to fulfill the customer requirements and needs.
In addition, the Quality Manager also strives for a zero-defect culture and acts as an interface between all global stakeholders and the customer on quality topics.
The definition and tracking of the customer-specific quality objectives and initiatives are just as much a part of the tasks as the regular customer meetings to track the scorecard rating and progress as well as define corrective actions if needed.
In addition, the Quality Manger accompanies customer visits and customer audits for the defined customer and strives to meet customer expectations and to increase customer satisfaction / trust to become a preferred and strategic partner.
