As Service Controller R&D, you will combine hands-on operational controlling with business partnering and continuous improvement. You will ensure reliable project controlling, planning and reporting, while supporting Group Management, Division Heads, International Product Managers and R&D project teams with sound financial insights. Your responsibilities include:

• Run recurring R&D project and investment reporting, including data checks, reconciliations and clear variance analyses
• Coordinate R&D cost and investment planning, forecasts and regular updates
• Manage the operational project controlling cycle from project setup and planning to phase transitions, milestones and closure. This includes documentation, archiving and SAP Project System (PS) data maintenance
• Support project managers and controllers in day-to-day financial and system related questions, and provide SAP PS training
• Improve controlling processes, standards and supporting IT tools
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives within Corporate Controlling

You have a degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration as well as experience in Controlling in a dynamic or project-driven environment. Your skills and qualifications include:

• A proactive, hands-on and collaborative working style
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an interest in improving processes and systems
• Confidence with SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, SAC or similar analytics tools is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills and the ability to communicate clearly across levels and functions
